How much do online courses cost? 

All courses are $199 for members, and $299 for non-members. Members, to access your discount code, be sure to use the Member Login at the top right of masource.org and select the "Access Member Benefits" page, where you will find a coupon code to save $100 on your M&A Source course registration.  

How many credits can I earn? 

Just like the courses offered at the M&A Source Spring and Fall Conferences, 4-hour online courses are worth 4 credits and are NASBA certified. Online course credit also counts toward your M&AMI recertification.

How can I enroll in the courses? 

The M&A Source uses Digital Chalk, a 3rd Party learning management system. In order to take an online course, you will need to create an account within Digital Chalk as well. Your M&A Source login will not automatically work on Digital Chalk (unless you set it up with the same information). To set up a Digital Chalk account, please follow the steps below: 

  • Access Digital Chalk.
  • Click the "new account" button on the right to set up your Online Learning account.
  • Enter all of the required information, including your name and contact information. Follow the prompts to complete this step. 
  • Once you've created your account, click on the "Catalog" tab at the top to review the available courses and purchase.
  • To purchase courses, select the course you wish to take, click "add to cart" at the bottom of the listing.
  • Scroll to the top, and select the green "Cart" button to access your shopping cart and check out. 

How do the online courses work? 

You will be able to take these courses at any time from any computer with an internet connection. You can start and stop at any time from the comfort of your home or office. Each course includes a downloadable participant guide. 

How long do I have to complete the course?

You have exactly 1 year from the date you register to complete the course.
