CONFERENCE CONTACT INFORMATION:
CONFERENCE AGENDA & LOCATION:
To stay up-to-date with the conference agenda, please visit our website frequently as updates are made on a weekly basis. The exhibit area will be located in the La Sirena I-IV within the Green Valley Ranch. You will receive your assigned table when you arrive onsite.
CONFERENCE DATES & EXHIBIT DATES:
The M&A Source conference runs October 22-25, 2017 with the Dealmakers Expo taking place on Wednesday, October 25 from 8:00 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.
Please arrange to have your packages delivered no earlier than Occtober 21, 2017 due to limited storage space. Please bring the tracking information with you onsite as well as send this information to firstname.lastname@example.org. This will ensure your packages are located and delivered in time for the event. If you do not provide your tracking information, The M&A Source and hotel staff cannot guarantee your packages’ timely arrival. Please do not address packages to The M&A Source staff members.

DEALMAKERS EXPO HOURS:
Please make sure you complete the PEG Profile Form (REQUIRED) and Add-On Form if you have any portfolio companies seeking add-on opportunities. All information MUST BE SUBMITTED by September 22 in order to be included in the onsite guide. We can not guarantee inclusion if information is received after September 22.Please contact email@example.com with any registration questions.
We encourage you to invite your customers. Please ask them to visit our registration page to view the rates and to register.
ARE YOU HOSTING A GIVEAWAY?
Do you plan to conduct a raffle or give away prizes to attendees of the Dealmakers Expo? Please confirm your giveaway with the Dealmakers Expo manager by October 1, 2017. Giveaways and/or drawings will be hosted during Wednesday’s lunch.
SPACE ALLOTMENT & EQUIPMENT:
You will be provided with a 6’ skirted tabletop, two chairs, and a sign for your table. For audio visual rental or electrical orders, please submit the applicable forms below directly to the hotel. Internet access & electrical hook-ups are not included, and must be contracted directly with the hotel.
VALUABLES & SECURITY:
Keep all valuables locked or stored in a safe area. The M&A Source, Meeting Expectations, and the hotel are not responsible for lost or stolen items. There will be no security provided to guard the meeting space/exhibit hall during show or off-show hours. We encourage all exhibitors to remove any laptops or valuables when the event is not in operation.
