All cancellation notices must be received in writing, mailed or faxed, to M&A Source Headquarters.  Cancellations prior to February 27, 2009 will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be provied after February 27, 2009.  Refunds may take up to 60 days to process.
