Registration fees for the conference are:

$175.00 - If you register on or before May 16th

$200.00 - If you register after May 16th

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation notices must be received in writing, mailed or faxed, to M&A Source Headquarters.  Cancellations prior to May 16, 2008 will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be provied after May 16, 2008.  Refunds may take up to 60 days to process.
